All due respect, I’m sorry but that was the most heinous almond iced latte I’ve ever had. Not quite sure how you can mess up an iced latte.
I am a long-time Starbucks customer, and in this location, I believe it's 3rd time . This morning, I was not happy with the service. The batista name "Marrio" a guy with braces was not nice to me, while I was positively trying to communicate about the payment machine screen was "blurry" he answered me aggressively "no it's not black" he didn't even listen to what I said and he keep saying I understand you. It was a weird experience!
I asked 3 times what time they open and they didn’t answer because they were talking .
If I’m staying in the café, I wanna have a ceramic mug and a plate to eat my pastry from not a freaking paper bag
