Dont waste your time here. You'll be waiting for 45 minutes on your drink just to end up having to ask for a refund to not miss your flight. & they don't apologize or offer to make it when addressed either. Not good customer service.
I'm still giving it 5 stars because I've had good experiences here. Coffee is in usually hot and prompt. Well, today (1/3/26 11:45am) the one I received was not hot but what I found more "interesting" was the attitude/reaction of the young lady that I had not seen before at this Starbucks (IAH by Gate A7). Her reaction was not to make it better, but instead she proceeded to tell me where she had gotten it from or something like that.
