Did a mobile order and the deprioritized mobile ordering. Waited a half hour and had to walk away with no coffee. People who ordered at the store were getting orders in 15 minutes

I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks today. I ordered a coffee with almond milk, but it was made with whole milk instead. I politely went back to ask for a remake and simply asked if almond milk had been used, since it wasn’t indicated on the label. The barista with red hair responded in a very rude and unprofessional way, she raised her voice and basically yelled at me for no reason. Dont waste your time here. You'll be waiting for 45 minutes on your drink just to end up having to ask for a refund to not miss your flight. & they don't apologize or offer to make it when addressed either. Not good customer service.

I'm still giving it 5 stars because I've had good experiences here. Coffee is in usually hot and prompt. Well, today (1/3/26 11:45am) the one I received was not hot but what I found more "interesting" was the attitude/reaction of the young lady that I had not seen before at this Starbucks (IAH by Gate A7). Her reaction was not to make it better, but instead she proceeded to tell me where she had gotten it from or something like that.
