NICKY was so rude. WOW!! She needs training badly. I’ve never experienced someone so rude at any Starbucks. She ruined my experience there. I asked to help me with a drink and she just went off on me about how busy they are. Wow
I ordered coffee twice, and both times they gave me cold milk. I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted a new coffee. In the end, they only warmed up the milk and didn't even add coffee.
