While i understand that public restrooms are normally not available at this drive thru, i was having an emergency and I was denied access! I was told that I could go a few blocks down to a Good Seasons store to use the facilities there. I am an older women and knew that I wouldn't make it that far. I ended up having an rather messy accident and had to go all the way back to SE Portland to change, then return to U of P for and event. There was no customer service at this facility, and I will never order from Starbucks again!
