It's actually shocking to me the number of times I've had to explain the difference between ice and water. Workers should unite under a getting an education
I had above and beyond service here the other day! Sometimes the Safeway locations aren't as good because the training is different, but the employee that took my order repeated it back and was really quick despite being the only employee there trying to get through a line.
We went in, and the workers there were very nice!

I ordered juice over ice. No mixing necessary. The cashier so confused by this, but eventually understood. Then he stood around and did nothing while the other worker made several hot drinks. After 10 minutes, my drink was still not made. I ask the worker to make it, and they start mixing it with water, just like I said NOT to do. I kept saying, please stop, just pour it over ice.
