I order on the app and I have left without getting my beverage due to the wait time… they laugh and talk and never take in to consideration that some people don’t have that time. Rosa is the rudest by far..
Cannot change size. Just go to another Starbucks.

I work not close to this place but decided to take a walk to get some lunch I work in healthcare. The lines were super long so I decided just to get in the small line at Starbucks and ask for some ice water as I have many times in the past. I was told I had to make a purchase in order to receive water. Very disappointed in the service. I have been too many Starbucks and never have been told such a thing.
