Soooo I got MAD excited when I saw iced matcha latte on the menu . I was like “say less, y’all got matcha??”… CHAT. THEY NEVER WHISKED IT. I literally watched them dump the matcha powder into the cup, pour cold soy milk directly on top, throw in some ice, shake it like it owed them money, and call it a day 🤚. BRO WHAT. This Starbucks is in the main lobby of MD Anderson in Houston. It's a very busy location but they are pretty good at getting customers orders out quickly. This Starbucks is very limited on food options. They do not carry egg bites. They do have the full drink menu and my coffees are consistent every time.

Before the remodel the old staff was super friendly and personable, they remembered drink orders and the names of their regulars. Since the remodel, I’ve had to wait 20 + minutes for drinks multiple times. There’s discrepancies between the status of the drink in the app and what’s actually happening in real life. And when I ask about the status of the drink I get answers like “I don’t know” or “we’re really backed up” so nothing to the actual status of my drink.
