This is Ridiculous. The website says this Starbucks opens at 5:00 AM. I went through the drive-thru around 7:11 AM, no one responded. I tried to go inside, but another customer informed me the doors were locked. If your hours have changed, please update them online. Otherwise, you need to sort out what's going on. This kind of confusion is unacceptable.
I ordered a small regular coffee. The guy looked at me like I had 3 heads. Had no clue of what I wanted. I repeated myself 2 more times. I didn't bother asking him to put cream or sugar. Simply because it would have been a fiasco. He then tells me it will be $ 5.30 for a small regular coffee. I said can I have a receipt? He says he doesn't know how. Dirty. Only people in the place middle of the day were two vagrants that were disturbing the peace. Avoid this dump at all costs
Every time I have been here has been a great experience! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the vibe is cozy inside. Many Starbucks locations are kind of disappointing to me, but this one is definitely a win!
