I paid $10 for a venti coffee with 6 shots just to get a drink that taste like water. I also paid for extra cinnamon just so I can get a little sprinkle

Yesterday evening (07/08/2026), I placed a mobile order for a warmed everything bagel with cream cheese at this Starbucks. I arrived at the pickup window around 9:01 p.m., and the app showed my order would be ready between 9:03–9:06 p.m. While waiting at the window, three employees were inside. One employee saw me multiple times while cleaning but never acknowledged me. This happened several times. Service is usually super good everytime I’ve gone but twice now I’ve gotten the strawberry açaí lemonade and there’s been a pineapple residue/aftertaste which isn’t that great when you have a minor allergy to pineapple lol
