Came at 10am. The employees were slammed, but things were running smoothly. I received help from Sofia who was very pleasant despite the rush. Good job!

Coffee is always so delicious and the atmosphere is top notch. Recommend mobile ordering because line is long at this popular spot!
BE AWARE BEFORE YOU USE THE MOBILE APP. WHEN THEY ARE BUSY, IT CAN COME BACK ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE YOU GET YOUR FOOD AND IT TAKES JUST AS LONG TO CANCEL FOR A REFUND AFTER YOU PLACE THE ORDER ON YOUR APP.
They had some kind of staff meeting at the outside table next to us and were arguing with some employee over his shift time. Pretty annoying as they were not quiet about it while my wife and I were trying to enjoy our drinks & food. Pretty unprofessional to have a meeting like that near customers. Do it inside.
