I am at this Starbucks every week, usually between 10AM and 2PM. What I see is a Starbucks constantly changing their methods for distributing drinks. Some days, there is a different spot for picking up mobile orders. Some days not. The days where there isn't a dedicated spot for mobile orders, the crowds build up inside, and the person calling names typically is not calling names loudly, which means the crowds around the counter press in. The baristas are snobby I had to ask them three times to redo my drink and they still do it wrong the first time she “fixed it” she did it wrong so I went back asked for her to re do it again she did it wrong again and the third time I went to her she said it would be the last time she would re make it and added A LOT of ice when I had asked for light ice and I try letting them know and she just made it with extra ice and gave it to me and I couldn’t get it redone I will never be comming back to this Starbucks ever again!
