Very slow service. I waited 20 minutes to order with only a few people in front of me. Ended up leaving because they were having issues ringing up other customers and making their drinks (multiple people came back to get their drinks remade). Also looked like only one employee knew how to make drinks. Usually I have great experiences at Starbucks, but I would avoid this one.
Coffee latte tasted like hot milk and water. The guy making drinks chose to make the easy drinks for people in line way after mine. He only started making it after I had to go to the counter and ask for it. Terrible!
Slowest Starbucks line ever! You might as well go offsite for coffee.
apparently they dont know what a cookies & cream frappucino is. i got a java chips coffee, complained & got the same thing again. unacceptable. poor service
