The manager here is the worst. The has no common sense or ability to trust her team members to help customers. Instead she just has them repeat “we can’t do that because the manager said so”. Enjoy a drink, because it’s Starbucks and good, but hopefully you can avoid her and the overall terrible service.
Super friendly staff quick in and out no line which was fabulous since assuming there would be a lot of people since it's close to Disney, although $1 charge for water is kinda crazy but agian makes sense due to Disney a few steps away.
Kind but incredibly slow and they don't have Impossible or Pesto sandwich, so no great savory options for vegetarians.
I only ordered a pink cannon ball drink (coconut milk) at this place cause I need the parking validation. It was mid week, so the store was almost empty. When it was my turn to get the drink, the shorter girl making the drinks handed me the lemonade version cannon ball drink. I polietly let her know I had ordered the coconut version, even showing her my receipt with the name listed.
