Slow as hell. Gave up on drive thru, went inside. Still ridiculously slow. Hire some people with a sense of urgency. No wonder SBucks is barely surviving. Nicer chairs can't compensate for the SLOW SERVICE.
The espresso tastes so burnt at this location lately
So if you don’t tip the barista’s will decaf your coffee. I am convinced! It didn’t happens once or or twice. Worst Starbucks in Houston. Never coming back even though I like right cross the street.
