They close before closing time. I arrived several minutes before closing time only to buy a capuccino and they already had the machine off.
Horrible service. Young adults more interested in texting and chatting about their lives then getting orders right. Screwed up my order. Then we appalled when I asked for it to be corrected when they had no other orders and no one in line. They totally forgot a second order. Rude. No integrity around their work, act entitled and self absorbed.
Never coming back again, had this rude manager named Courtney who would racially discriminate against my family by telling us to only speak English and overall gave us a bad look. Its disgusting how people like her can work there.
employees were very rude and took their sweet ass time to take my order. Coffee was cold too.
