The staff is disgusting. The toilet is filthy. The staff does not react to it at all! They are not friendly and are not ready to help. The atmosphere is very bad.🤬
Nice, clean Starbucks but a spot where the homeless frequently loiters. you get to see the occasional homeless outside as you are leaving, nothing dangerous
Picked up an Uber order this morning and decided to treat myself to a white mocha chai. When I returned later in the day with a new order they refused me access to the restroom and when I asked what was the cheapest item I could buy, they tell me water isn’t free, but that I can’t just buy an ice water….. very unfortunate how customers are treated, it’s not our fault your location is in a bad part of town. Next time I will be declining orders at this location.
