Consistently Great Service at 11th & Couch Starbucks This Starbucks on 11th Ave & Couch is one of the few in downtown that opens super early—perfect for early birds like me. Disappointing experience. Even if you place an order, there’s a strange atmosphere around using the restroom, people seem paranoid about the access code. I was even yelled at by the man making the drinks, who loudly said, “Next time you should order a drink!!” Ironically, I had already ordered two drinks. This kind of treatment is not acceptable, customers should be treated with basic respect. The whole situation felt awkward and uncomfortable.
