Like the coffee
I don't like the rearrangement of the interior. There needs to be a trash receptacle by the exit. Apparently the regional manager seems to have nothing better to do than rearrange furniture.
The barista was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. I ordered food and then simply asked for a cup of water, but the barista refused to provide it. I was already a paying customer, so I found the response and attitude very disappointing. It was a simple request, and I expected better customer service.
