Lady serving the drive thru needs basic education. Terrible drive-thru service. The staff clearly lacks proper training. With all the recent Starbucks closures, this store should be at the very top of the list.
I give this store no stars. I just left the drive-through asking for a cup of water because my sick daughter needs something to drink. She told me I needed to make a purchase to get free water while my daughter was coughing to throw up and we could not go inside because she was sick and could not help me with the water went to the window and she stared at me very rude customer service and I asked to speak to the manager, and they would not open the window
This location really needs to improve service, especially for Mobile orders! It feels like they don’t care for mobile orders at all at this location!
