When I touched the cup, it was not worm and I informed the staff it is cold and they confirmed it is hot and when I reached home it is once again cold chill, they have to hire some educated stuff and managers who can train them. Even food truck staff is better then Starbucks. Really poor service. This location is always like this always have bad experience!
Pretty mid experience. I always put my order in through the app when I'm on the way over. I didn't put in my order soon enough before arriving and was told "we prefer you to wait the recommended wait time before arriving." What recommend wait time? What's the difference between waiting in line after ordering at the screen or ordering ahead. The delivery could have been better. It was off hours and the place was dead. I will do them one better and go somewhere else.
Super slow , didn’t greet me, didn’t say thank you as I left. Not a good experience.
