Had been a repeated customer at Starbucks and always ordered a grande coffee frappuccino less milk, extra ice and extra frab roast but Jennifer in the drive thru told me they cannot do it . She can do only extra ice and that's it. I been coming to order Starbucks every where and this is the only place that said they can't do the order. This is really bad customer service and very rude.
Great service, love the coffee, and they had my burrito back.
It felt really awkward to find the bathroom doors have a keypad lock. While my traveling partner was already half way to the counter and looking at his phone for what to get, and ready the payment, they wanted to be SURE he was ordering before giving me the code. SERIOUSLY? I would think it was obvious to most people, that we were there to ORDER. We almost didn't stay to eat. Maybe they are all like this now, but this was my first experience inside one for over a year, other than for a quick pick up. Just strange vibes.
Was waiting to meet an associate out front in the outside seating area when I was asked by an employee to leave if I wasn't going to purchase anything. I had only arrived approximately 5 minutes prior to this encounter. I felt it was very rude and embarrassing to my person as I have seen people sit for hours at this very location as well as multiple other locations using the wifi without making any purchases.
