It’s truly something special to be a regular anywhere, but I absolutely love visiting my local Starbucks where I’m always greeted by the Store Manager, Justin Mozer. He calls me by name, and now his whole team does too! They’re such a wonderful and upbeat group of people, and I’m always excited to see them first thing in the morning before heading off to work!
My issue with this Starbucks was when there was two people at the front counter, they were super focused on only serving the drive thru. Inside, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and they didn’t acknowledge me or nothing. When I tried to get their attention, they both ignored me. There was nobody else in the store but me.
