The theme is inconsistent service. The baristas tend to be poorly trained, particularly inattentive to the details like securing the lids before handing over drinks or using the correct heat settings on the food. Thrice I have been given an order of iced drinks with the lids askew (one time all four lids in a single order were not engaged and spilled). Hello if you want to feel unwanted go here. If you want to be looked at crazy go here. If you want to be ignored …yep that’s right GO HERE ! This was my 2nd time to this location and it’s my last . I can drive on up the street and get my coffee from now on . Buying that cup was another mistake but it is what it is . TRAIN your employees to be Nicer to the customer and pay attention to the order…
