I just came here and ask for a free cup of water, and they told me no because you have to buy something. This is unacceptable a cup of water come on.
Staff members talking amongst themselves far too much and not getting orders correct, such as when it's clear that in order is for here. Make them stop talking out in the store. There were no forks, and I asked for the fort for my item, but that did not prompt them to put forks out. How can that be? I'm dictating this into my phone while I'm in the store, but they are talking so much they are not even aware of it.

So I’m an Uber Eats driver, I came to this location today for a pick up. Walked inside and checked the pick up section and didn’t see the order. So I decided to wait to be asked what I was there for or to see if the order would be placed out when ready. 10 or more minutes go by and still not 1 of the 2 baristas on staff asked me what I was waiting for.
