Wow! Not sure why the barista (blue hair, female) was in such a terrible mood. She made my wife’s hot drink and did not use a sleeve and when I asked her for one she threw it at me and walked away. Customer service these days is hard to find.

Last week one of the girls sneezed 4 plus times in the open as we’re all watching her. Not once did she stop to wash her hands 😭 with her hands by her nose every single time 😭 I had to ask the other girl to make our drinks, I was in disbelief. Then the sneezing barista proceeded to grab the sharpie and cups and started taking/making a new order 😭😭 still with nasty hands. That entire place just needs to be sprayed down, so so disgusting and disrespectful.

I was shopping in Target this evening, and decided to stop to get something from Starbucks after I checked out. There was a couple that walked up to the line less than 1 min before I did. The young man working behind the cash register took their order. He then proceed to go into the back while I waited for him to take my order and turned off all the lights overhead and behind the counter.
