It's okay coffee place here. The rules aren't friendly as in the past couple of years ago. The employees are there so serious and not kind of friendly with smiles. They don't talk much friendly like before a couple of years ago since it Ave had a new CEO to corporate the company. They don't give the customers the rights, but the employees have more rights there. They always think the employees have more of rights than the customers there. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The barista was outstanding. I had accidentally ordered my drink to a different location and was struggling to find it. When I walked in here and asked for help, the person at the counter kindly offered to remake the drink for me—and had it ready in just 5 minutes. I was truly impressed by his kindness, and the drink was absolutely delicious. I was having a rough day, and this simple act completely turned it around. horrible experience and customer service from this starbucks! The manager Chris sucks at being a manager really rude to the customer's instead of yelling from across the room he could came to us and said I apologize we will make a new drink for you but he felt so entitled because he is the manager he says he just comes to work clocks in and cloks out to be paid obviously you guys have the wrong person as a manager!!!
Horrible experience tonight. CHRIS THE MANAGER WAS REALLY RUDE. YELLING TO MY FAMILY AND I FROM ACROSS THE ROOM. A MISTAKE WAS MADE ON OUR DRINK. INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING WE CAN REMAKE IT. HE YELLED!!!
