I had a great experience with Hannah, the Starbucks supervisor. She was kind, patient, and professional throughout my visit. I had multiple transactions, and she handled everything smoothly without ever making me feel like I was a burden (while two employees, one of whom was another supervisor, were rolling their eyes). Her calm and friendly attitude really stood out and made the whole experience pleasant. Thank you, Hannah, for your excellent customer service and thank you Sam for the best drink!
I had such a wonderful experience at the Starbucks at Anaheim Town Center! After taking my two dogs for a walk, I stopped in for a Blue Coconut Lemonade Refresher. I didn't notice until I got back to my car that my barista had written "You're amazing!" on my cup. It was such a simple gesture, but it genuinely made my day. Although the thirty something person taking my order was somewhat impatient and too cool for his job, the coffee was perfect. Very hot so it maintained its heat to the very end. Not too sweet which is the new normal at this Walmart of coffee establishments so that was a pleasant surprise and the foam which normally is Starbucks worst stage was actually pretty stiff and didn't make me farty and bloated. --Jacobim
