They put a heart on my cup this morning - having a horrible day and this made me tear up. The nicest people work at this shop!!
Every day I get Starbucks today, I asked the barista in the beginning if I could have light ice. But proceeds to fill the cup up with ice. I asked nicely if I can have light ice. Her coworker decided to give me a stank face for my request, your a barista and customer service is number one and you could have gave me the same face as im leave. If I could give a negative out of 10 I would. That was just rude.
