When i got there 1 girl was in a chair to the left side with her eyes closed, but dont worry she woke up as soon as she heard i didnt like my cold coffee but instead of helping the 2 young girls became very hostile, the one who was asleep had very long thick lashes and she used her hands to yell at me. Do NOT TRUST this store! This is the only Starbucks that I ever order from where I do an online mobile order 20 minutes in advance even though it says it is ready in 3 to 5 minutes only to show up and it's still not even be made. There's no one in the store there's no drinks to be made they look at me and go "oh did you have a mobile order?" I reply with yes and then it takes another five minutes to make the drink. Went in 10 minutes before closing and the girl with the long hair and glasses didn’t want to service me saying she’s closed.. I asked her what time do they close knowing the time… I called her out on it and she said well I can only make refreshers… I just walked away… I’m never going back.. you want to charge for an expensive item then train your workers to have better customer service and not turn someone wanting to pay away. Bc you want to close up early..
