I've come here a couple of times and staff seemingly always has a bad attitude, as if you're bothering them by ordering a coffee. I also returned a drink I had ordered that was not made correctly, and while the drink was remade, not correctly for the second time, they woman who remade it was giving me dirty looks the entire time. It's a hassle to get here if you don't know where you're going and it's not even worth it.
Tried this place for the first time today. The flavors were on point. Can't wait to come back.
It should be made clear there is no easy access to this location. Did not receive the food that was purchased.
This location every time I go they already know what I want and need Ashley was so nice and professional.
My favorite coffee shop in the tunnel downtown, this Starbucks, underneath the Pennzoil building, is stellar! Wish I could give six stars! Awesome people and coffee perfect every time.
