My favorite coffee shop in the tunnel downtown, this Starbucks, underneath the Pennzoil building, is stellar! Wish I could give six stars! Awesome people and coffee perfect every time.
Apparently they do not understand the concept of "Light Ice" when I asked for them to give me light ice, I mean less than 25 percent of the whole cup, not half still with ice.
I love it here ! I make it a part of my morning ritual . Every time I come they already know exactly what I need. The staff is incredibly friendly especially Luis. Genét is the most bubbliest morning person I’ve ever met. Her personality is contagious. It took a while for me to leave a review because the staff was changing up a bit. Overall my favorite Starbucks thus far. Special shout out to Hayli for concocting the perfect drink it. The Starbucks team is amazing!!!!!
One of the best-run Starbuck’s in the city. Really, really, really great staff.
