I used to come to this Starbucks three or four days a week, and I was a regular customer. But after experiencing what I believe was racist treatment, I’ve decided I won’t be coming back. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their race or background. It’s disappointing to lose a place I used to visit so often because of this experience. They disregarded what I had ordered and attended to the people who came after me. Anyway I’m not gonna go this place ever
I'm not sure if they're under new ownership but recently this Starbucks staff has become extremely rude to my family. Even with no rush, delays are the new norm. Today after an overly watery drink was remade under protest, the batista wagged a finger saying it was 'ordered wrong' . Is this now the mean girls Starbucks?
