I went to this location, where the posted closing time is 5:00 p.m. However, when I arrived around 1:00 p.m., I found two employees sitting in the lounge area drinking their Starbucks drinks and proceeded to tell me the shop was closed.
Nobody there if you try to order at 4:45
Terrible customer service. Unfortunate as the location is wonderful.
👍 This Starbucks location is in the 2 Houston Center in Downtown Houston, which is great if you work in the surrounding buildings. 👎 This Starbucks is the only one I've encountered (so far) that customers cannot order via the Starbucks app. I think it only allows customer to use their Starbucks gift card to complete transactions.
