Came downstairs for a cup ‘o joe and my bf walks towards the counter and before he even said anything, this woman (no name tag, hair in pony tail and glasses), barks at him, “we open in ten minutes!” She never even offered a good morning. A few minutes later, I walk up, because she was talking very loudly saying, “…and she bumped into me like this! And I was PISSED!” Mind you, we are in the seating to the left side of Starbucks. Was charged an additional $1.50 for lite ice. I’ve probably been to hundreds of Starbucks and never once was I charged extra for lite ice.
I do not know how it gets to the point where one has to wait 45+ minutes in line for a drink. Not only did I have to wait such a long period of time following my order, at least 25+ people who ordered after me got their beverages or food. When I asked for how much longer until I get my drink, I was told it was not even on the counter waiting to be made, I’m not sure how this happens but I hope issues like this are prevented in the future.
Customer service was nice..
I was at the same location this time last year and it was great, so I was looking forward to come again ( visiting Houston once a year). This time I got warm milk instead of Moca coffee I ordered, service was slow and not very friendly.
