Worst Starbucks experience and I get Starbucks around most days. Couldn’t have ice because of a sensitive tooth and they filled it up to 75% and “couldn’t fill more because of policy.” This is the first time I’ve heard of this. No other Starbucks has shared this with me. Not coming back and wouldn’t recommend. Customer service skills also lacking.
has to be the WORST Starbucks of any store in any country i’ve been too - and sadly it’s my local one at pdx . They had a 30 min waiting time ! A coffee shop !!! Then ran out of bags - and then ran out of bananas and then ran out of other stuff others were ordering . Always a huge line despite several staff there (all unmotivated ) and usually closed by 1pm! A coffee shop that closes for the afternoon ! it’s made my decision to cancel my Starbucks account and move on - i’ve had it . The new CEO - same as the old one ?
Plan ahead, it took over a half hour for an Americano, no communication when I ordered that it would be that long. No line. Received it hot when I asked for iced. They’re so busy, I’d say a half hour minimum on drinks so only go if you have the time to spare
Didn’t realize that when I ordered light ice it’s meant that they’d only put half a cups worth of a drink.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. I travel through PDX weekly and at first I thought I just caught them at a bad time. I have gone there a few additional times and still the same crappy service, same crappy attitudes. Very slow and there doesn't seem to be a need to speed up. I waited 20 minutes for a drink I never received before I had to run and catch my flight. Very frustrating. Customer's deserve better.
