Slow as molasses.
Never had any problems with this Starbucks but the lines are usually extremely long.
No milk? We didn't stand in line long, about 15 min at 6.30am, and were impressed with how fast things were moving, especially after reading the crummy reviews people left here. But! Got to the register to order and the server said, "We don't serve dairy products here." !!! WHAT!? Lol! I feel like there should've been a notice somewhere on their signs. Not a fan of dairy alternatives with coffee. Guys plz ... It's ok if you are anti-cow, but just put it somewhere obvious.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service was extremely disappointing. This morning we placed an online order that showed an estimated wait time of 5 minutes. After waiting more than 15 minutes, we politely asked if our order was ready. Unfortunately, one employee responded in a very unprofessional and rude manner, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the customer service we received did not meet basic expectations.
The absolute worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. My family and I are frequent Starbucks customers and travel often, so we rely on mobile ordering regularly. This morning we placed a mobile order at the Concourse E Starbucks expecting to have enough time to grab breakfast before our flight since the estimated wait time was only six minutes.
