Waited an hour to order. Got up there and asked for two pumps of classic and two pumps of vanilla with my drink. For some odd reason she heard ` don't add any syrup ` to my hot matcha and genuinely ruined my whole day. I genuinely hope someone does the same to you. Thanks.
