Disappointing Service August 15, 2026 — around 12:25 PM I placed my order clearly, but it was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, and I honestly wasn’t upset about that. The problem started when I politely asked them to simply correct my order. Instead of handling a basic mistake professionally, the staff acted irritated and moody toward me, almost as if I was causing them a problem by asking for the drink I actually ordered. they charge you for water, ruined my day.
Drive thru..is terrible to enter.. very tiny, mess up car very easy , employees need training, Expresso coffee no taste..
