Seattle and Starbucks are inseparable. This has got to be the most poorly run Starbucks store on the planet. In a busy airport, but they have one barista, one checker, one pastry warmer. Plenty of pastries, warmed up, but no drinks to go with them. The attitude of the employees is absolutely the worst. Where is Starbucks quality control?? Hopefully the new Starbucks CEO Can overhaul this blight.
Sorry busy in the mornings. Luckily the staff is well caffeinated and ready to serve. Each employee was smiling and kind even at 4am!
Hopefully someone from management reads this. This review is about the Starbucks at concourse E. Today I asked for a bagel and a tall nonfat latte. I did not keep the receipt and gave them 1 dollar tip. After a wait I was told there are no bagels. Why did I then pay for a bagel? I was offered to chooae anything else.
