Called 24 hours ahead for a traveler to pick up for a meeting. They started brewing it at the time I arrived for pick up. What’s the point of calling ahead then?
I ordered coffee on the app for 8AM pickup. When I arrived at the store, the Starbucks kiosk was not open at all. My account was charged and I could not figure out how to cancel the order. Online ordering should be disabled for this location.
I love coming to this Starbucks. My favorite barista works here. She's been there a while. She's always smiling, bubbly and happy. She is the best!! 😁
