The wait times, terrible. The atmosphere and energy walking in that store is terrible. No welcome in everyone looks stressed out and disoriented. Management? Terrible. I was harassed by a short woman with glasses and dreads. I forgot her name but she was being very sexual at the register when taking my order. This location is the worse coffee always tested bad they taking forever to make the coffee three times in a row I ask for extra hot and my coffee are so cold in the app tells me my order is ready to pick up and when I go there, they haven’t even start on my order yet
Coffee is great here, but, I ordered one of those iced protein caramel matcha drinks, and I asked the barista to put only a little bit of ice, over emphasizing the word little. And we still get 3/4 of a cup of ice in there. So we paid for a big cup of ice and only a little bit of Starbucks drink that was only good for a couple of gulps of flavor. A little disappointing to say the least. And it’s not just this Starbucks store…. All of the other Starbucks stores seem to be the same way. 🙄
This location is the worst. I ordered a mobile order for pickup. I get all the way down there and they said they can’t make my order. I don’t understand why I am able to order something in the app, but you can’t make it. Any other time at any other location, the app tells you that you can’t order it. I’m going to stop coming here all together. Every time I order something I get an attitude or there is an issue.
