They didn't want to give free water. I bought a drink instead, but I sent somebody to ask went they don't provide free water, they said that the policy changed and if I want water I need to make a purchase, I broughtthe drink back to show her i made a purchase and she told me to go to the cashier, but the line was very long so I just left. They were rude and ridiculous.
Did my order online and I told the barista I didn’t want it with blonde espresso he said ok I can make it again but is going to be a lil bit so I waited and he still gave me that same one he was trying to give me earlier so he made me wait just to give me the same cup he had did early 😡

Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo daría; entiendo que el volumen de trabajo es bien fuerte pero no hay necesidad de tratar mal a las personas; mi pedido ya estaba y pregunte y la señora cuando le dio la gana fue que me dio mi pedido que por cierto fue por la app; incluso se equivocó en uno de mis cafe; mejor quiten ya ese establecimiento; es una pena
