Closes at 7. I walked in at 6:40 and she shut the oven rudely claiming we no longer heat up anything. I can sell it but it would be cold. We paying high dollar for what!!!!
Not usually a fan of this chain but the staff here are the best. Bring cash for gratuity as they cannot accept digital tips.
Personally, now this may not be true for all. But I do like a little milk in my coffee rather than a little coffee in my milk. I worked at Starbucks for 2 years(granted many years ago) However, unless the customer specifically changes something themselves,every drink is supposed to be uniform. None of the coffees should be tasting like straight milk. The manager at the Starbucks inside of the QFC store was absolutely gross with her attitude this morning. My wife bought her usual but Gemma? made the drink incorrectly so my wife pointed that out. Gemma? Got offended and literally tossed my wife her straw... My wife asked her why she was throwing her straw. Gemma? begins to yell at her. So I asked for our receipt so we can go but she begins to get snippy with me. Gemma? claims to be the manager of this particular store. I do not believe she should be.
