they dont put any consideration into the customer and what they ask. i regularly order the same drink at this location so i know when they make it wrong and i can only name like 3-4 times when the drink was right. It really gets to anpoint as if i could go back there and make it myself! and i do understand that during rush it could be hard to make drinks correctly buy ive gotten better drinks during rush rather than when theres noone there! when someone asks for something extra or less on their drink then follow that.. its u... read more
super kind staff
The line was stupid long and moving ridiculously slow which in itself was frustrating. When I got up to the window finally there was one person on a headset with her backside to me who talked for 2 minutes ( I timed it) never turned around, my drink was not even started! Worst customer service ever. And after waiting in line for that long and then being completely ignored I drove away from the window and went to Black Rock!!
