I usually come to this Starbucks ( galleria 1st floor and I usually don’t have any problems . I was at fault due to getting a coffee that wasn’t mine which I admit it . I’ve never had a problem with the service but today I did have a problem with one of the baristas I’m not sure what her name was I’m probably wrong I think her name was Sophia . Quick and friendly service. The matcha lavendar drink was prepared perfectly
I was not impressed with their customer service.
