We are extremely disappointed of this location, we are an avid Starbucks customer in McAllen TX, I make multiple trips a day and when in Houston which is generally for a dance convention we have to choice but to deal with the one at the mall. It never fails, employees are rude and always in a very bad mood. This Starbucks is inside of the Galleria. It has some indoor seating, but is often pretty crowded. Not a good place to work on a laptop, but not bad to sit and relax with a coffee for a bit. Expect long lines during busy hours.
