I visited the Starbucks located inside the Ralphs grocery store on Sunday around 2 PM. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. There was only one employee working, the line was slow, and the barista seemed unhappy and overwhelmed. I waited about 5 minutes but was never greeted or asked what I wanted. I ordered Macchiato in the Starbucks Kiosk inside Ralphs. The barista Marcus made a awe ful drink and I told him to fix the drink since the taste was not the same as usual. It was too milky. Usually they would fix the drink or remake it at Starbucks but not this location. I spent $6 for my drink and i wanted him to fix it properly or remake but he did not budge.
