Went in with a Stanley just asking for ice, was told I needed to buy something… when I asked if I could just pay for the ice, I was told no but I can buy a bottle of water.
This is my favourite Starbucks in the mal because you get some natural light from the glass ceiling. It was quiet when I got there, but still had to wait quite a while for my drink due to all of the pre-orders.
I simply asked for a Small cup of water and was declined by the black guy barista doing cashier at this time 6/24/25 at 1600. Per the Barista “you have to buy something first before I can give you a cup of water” This was a first for me. Very poor customer service and bad communication of that barista
