I had a very disappointing experience today around 1:20 PM. The blonde employee who assisted me had a very rude attitude and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is extremely important, and unfortunately this interaction did not meet even basic expectations. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this branch. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.
Came in around 5pm today and the tall guy there was just going on about wanting to leave because he didn’t get a break but I never got acknowledged by him or the woman working there. But the friendliest to the slightest. Also noticed trash all on the ground.
The morning lady & gentlemen is very nice and polite!! Made my strawberry Frappuccino perfectly!! Service is excellent and outstanding and quick!!
I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The tall employee at the register didn’t even take the time to say hello and came across as very rude with an unpleasant attitude. I also had an issue with my drink. Apparently someone took it from the pickup area, which I understand isn’t necessarily the staff’s fault.
