Coffee was what I ordered but man it was the most off putting order experience. Don’t even mind that I stood at the register for 5 minutes. Because everyone was actively making a drink. So no big deal. When Nic came up to take my order he literally didn’t greet me he stood there and looked at me… no words.. I said hello how are you and he continued to stare. So I started ordering and thankfully he acknowledged that he was hearing me finally by saying “mhm” to my pauses. Just don’t know what prompted the bad customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience today around 1:20 PM. The blonde employee who assisted me had a very rude attitude and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is extremely important, and unfortunately this interaction did not meet even basic expectations. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this branch. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.

Came in around 5pm today and the tall guy there was just going on about wanting to leave because he didn’t get a break but I never got acknowledged by him or the woman working there. But the friendliest to the slightest. Also noticed trash all on the ground.
