I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for YEARS, and it genuinely used to be one of the best locations in the area. Unfortunately, ever since they restaffed, the experience has gone completely downhill to the point that I now actively avoid this location. The new employees are consistently rude and unprofessional. They really need to restaff. Not a good experience.
Coffee was what I ordered but man it was the most off putting order experience. Don’t even mind that I stood at the register for 5 minutes. Because everyone was actively making a drink. So no big deal. When Nic came up to take my order he literally didn’t greet me he stood there and looked at me… no words.. I said hello how are you and he continued to stare. So I started ordering and thankfully he acknowledged that he was hearing me finally by saying “mhm” to my pauses. Just don’t know what prompted the bad customer service.
Every time I go there the staff is accommodating and sweet! 💯💗💯😌
