The two girls working inside Target the day shift on September 2nd at 1 PM were so rude and had zero customer service skills. They were chatting away; one of them just jerked her head at me, gesturing to ask what I wanted. When I ordered my coffee, she told me to get out of the way and move away from the counter 😱. She didn't even include a spoon—she just left the coffee on the counter and turned her back. The place was dirty.
If I could leave zero stars I would. They made my matcha order wrong and said I was getting mixed up and that I was the one who didn’t order right, when I go to Starbucks very frequently I know what I’m ordering. I had to return my matcha and they denied me a return for my money back because THEY didn’t give me my receipt and NEVER gave me an option for a receipt in the first place. Unfortunately the employee (the girl) refused to serve us Frappuccino because “they were closing soon and they would need to clean the machine”. It was 7:20 pm, the closing time is 8:00 pm. Looks like someone is just being lazy. 🤷♀️
