I placed a mobile order, and when I walked in, there were only a couple of customers in the store. Even so, it took about 15 minutes to receive my drinks after arriving. I stopped in to take a quick interview and expected a calm environment, but the staff was extremely loud; laughing and chatting amongst each other behind the counter and at the drive-thru window.
