I came to this location get a drink of water, and Luis denied my request and say I need to buy something. I'm on scooter and was waiting for my phone to get repaired
Update: they're getting better again on the cortado, thanks for listening and keep the good customer service! I got my coffee every morning at this location, and everything was just fine. It has been four days in a row that they have given me the worst coffee ever. I asked for a cortado with almond milk, and they decided to give me warm almond milk all four days. The service is SO SLOW not only do they have RATS! But they also have NATS and so much flys and they use expired milk it genuinely smells so bad and the employees never get any care here they only care abt how much they made and how much People they get and fire HARD working employees over the smallest mistake in a order. So I would never recommend this place to anyone.
