Terrible place, I will never stop by this place again. Your staff doesn't care at all.
I strolled into starbucks expecting it to be like any other time, when a very nice barista named ari greeted me. she made my drink amazingly and was the kindest most funniest starbucks employee ive ever met. she just made my whole day!
** 150% recommend this location ** I came in to do some, what I thought was quick work on my laptop that ended up being about 3 hours. The entire time I have observed the staff being kind and friendly to every person that came in. Greeting them quickly and the quality of everything that I got was fast and perfect. After about three hours of being there, I thought I was gonna get kicked out. We came at 5:00 pm ordered 2 drinks, I asked where are my drinks at at 5:15 and they finally gave me my drinks at 5:21. Crew Team said my bad, receipt didn’t print and that’s it. I own a roofing & construction company, we have to put service first always and if we happen to mess up, we make it right at any cost. I don’t know Starbucks policy, but at a bare minimum a sorry for the inconvenience, your drinks are on us your next visit to welcome me to come back, I don’t think I’ll be back unless they make it right. When I received my drink, it wasn’t made correctly, so I went back to have it fixed. One of the workers named Ashley responded in a very passive-aggressive way. She stared at me like I was stupid or didn’t know what I was talking about, said “okay” very slowly, and looked visibly irritated while remaking it. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it made me feel like I was a burden for simply asking for my drink to be made correctly.
