My family and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for either of the 2 employees to acknowledge us. They were making drinks and changing trash which is fine but to not even look at us or say anything is incredibly rude.
I love this Starbucks!!! I don't care what no one says!!! Their service is 🔥
I just had a terrible experience here. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up. There was only one employee named Joe. He made me a cup of coffee as requested but it was really bad and it seemed like he didn't follow any recipe. The salt layer of the coffee was very loose and the coffee was weak. I had to throw away the cup. Never ordering from here again.
This location is located inside of Krogers. Not seating. Just order and go. I usually order from the app because the line here gets long & only one person is working. However, sometimes I can't order through the app because it will indicate that something is unavailable but when you go in store, it's available. Huge inconvenience!
