Jenn is rude and lacks customer service skills. I asked for extra base because that’s how I ordered my drink. It was too much coconut milk therefore too light. She handed me a tiny quad shot cup of base. That is not enough to rectify the drink. When she handed it to me I said that won’t be enough to fix it. She then started to remake it without even asking me my full order. She remade it without one part of the modification. I don't go to Starbucks often but, when I do I come to this location its always clean and the staff is friendly. I'm always unsure of what to order and Rachel has given suggestions multiple times and the drinks she suggest and makes are always perfect. Rachel is always willing to help me with my order and she's extremely nice and patient. I really appreciate her helping me, I wish more Starbucks had people like her.
It was Good!
Decided to give them another chance after a horrible experience..Spencer was super nice at the drive-through window and offered our dogs pup cups which they have never done before Thankyou Spencer!
