They have the music volume all the way up, which means they can’t even concentrate. I have to yell for them to hear me.
This is a nice location. It's quiet and mellow in here. The staff is friendly and they always have whet you ask for.
I've already been there several times and they make me wait more than 15 minutes for a simple drink, they also put too much ice on large drinks and it's like!? I've finished it in two sips. And the last thing that seems super delicate and horrible to me is that the last two times they have not given me the change well, the first they owed me $10 in the drive tr and we touched the window for about 5 minutes and no one opened it for us. This used to be one of my favorite locations, but with their recent new hires it’s giving Jack in the Box or Popeyes. Not exactly the customer service level you want when you’re paying $10 for a cup of coffee. This is the second time I was greeted with attitude and incompetence. Order is always wrong and taste terrible the last couple of visits. I ordered a bagel with butter, and when I told the cashier that the butter was missing, she told me it was in the bag.
