First and last time patronizing this business. Seemingly they definitely have issues with blacks. I wasn't greeted but the non blacks that walked in after me were greeted. I asked about the impossible sandwich and she didn't know what it was. She asked 3 other people about it and they seemed clueless too. I purchased multiple items including a everything bagel with cream cheese. En route to work, I grabbed the bagel and the cream cheese was nowhere to be found therefore I ate a "dry" bagel. All the workers on shift today were so sweet, excited and so generous with patience and kindness. I really appreciate them being on shift when stressed with work/responsibilities
The baristas are very nice, and they made my caramel ribbon crunch frap really good.
