Horrible customer service.
Purchased 3 items a day ago from here and gave generous tip. Next day return for EV charging in the complex. It was very hot (>100 degree) and ran out of water in my personal bottle. Starbucks staff straightaway said buy something or no water. I told them I purchased yesterday but he ignored the comment. Starbucks seriously need to think about their policy of making money or making a brand. Will take my business elsewhere for sure.
Been a Starbucks customer for years today I went through the drive through I ordered 3 drinks asked for light ice and VIVIAN the supervisor denied the request for light ice on my shaken espresso I told her she can do extra milk that that was fine. She gave me an attitude and said she can’t do that. I told her I’ve been to many Starbucks and they all accommodate my drink. She said well then go there.
