So me and my friend went through the drive through. We got 1 item..there was too much foam in it. And he asked her if she could remake it. He was nice, she was nice. But she handed us back this, on the second try...

Horrible customer service.
Purchased 3 items a day ago from here and gave generous tip. Next day return for EV charging in the complex. It was very hot (>100 degree) and ran out of water in my personal bottle. Starbucks staff straightaway said buy something or no water. I told them I purchased yesterday but he ignored the comment. Starbucks seriously need to think about their policy of making money or making a brand. Will take my business elsewhere for sure.
