Normally this is my go to location. This place usually always gets my drink orders right, but the past month or so it has been a disappointment. I don’t know if you guys got new staff or if there is just someone there that doesn’t care about customer orders. On multiple occasions, different types of drink orders, they’ve gotten things wrong whether it be add ons or even forgetting to put in the espresso. Perfect morning pit stop! Located right off the 71 FWY on Rio Ranch Rd and Rancho Camino Dr (near WinCo), this spot is super convenient. They have plenty of parking, a clean inside lobby, and a quick drive-thru. I stopped by early for a caffeine boost and the'hot Sunsera Blend/Blond Roast'was perfectly fresh. Huge shout out toVanessaat the window...she was so welcoming and efficient! Overall, I had a great experience at this location and will definitely stop here again.
