I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over seven years. I visit daily and have spent thousands of dollars across locations. But today, I had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at this Pomona store and I left without even receiving a drink. I would give higher stars if I could get my favorite barista everytime but they seem to have new barista a lot. 98% of the workers don’t smile at you or even come off as friendly. My last interaction with a barista was so horrible that I’ve officially made it my last. So, here’s how my last three visit went. We were in the drive through on Sunday 15th of June around 10 am. The cashier with the headset kept getting our order wrong. We requested 2 pain bagels. With cream cheese. She responded 2 everything bagels with cream cheese? NO! 2 PLAIN BEGALS! WE responded. Anything to drink? A LARGE CARMEL CRUNC FRAPPUCCINO ! we repeatedly 3 times . We were going to order a second drink , we lost our patience and take off not taking the order. It seems the cashier put no effort to complete the transaction or smile
