I asked for extra whip and it looked like light whipped cream. They also forgot my milk in my shaken espresso one time.
Peter is truly exceptional. Every time I come in, he brings an incredible mix of efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. Even when the store is busy, he handles everything with calm and dedication — taking care of customers and multitasking with so much grace. You can genuinely feel his positive energy and his pride in doing a great job. Employees like Peter make a huge difference, he turns a regular visit into a great experience every single time. Starbucks is lucky to have him!
Pretty unprofessional - they made the coffee I ordered and kept chatting until I reminded them to ask where is my coffee. Better employee training is in order.

they are actually so bad they messed up an order three times. not just ours but multiple people. they just kept messing up and were really overwhelmed with only 5 customers
