I stopped by, as usual, to grab my Strawberry Açaí with lemonade. The girl named Valerie at the counter was being rude and rushing me to place my order. I politely asked her for a cup of ice, and she told me they were low on ice and that she would only be giving me less than half a cup. Stopped by today and was helped out immediately. Jason took order right away in a very professional manner. Even though it was a online order, Jason still asked if there was anything else I wanted to add to the order. Thank god he did cause I almost forgot my daughter’s chocolate milk, and that could’ve been a disaster. lol Overall service was great and my drinks were made in a timely manner. Thanks!
On November 4th Tuesday, ordered a Trenta size pink drink for the wife and myself asked for low ice because this heat had us drained and needed to hydrated, The employee at the register informed me that on the Trenta drink there gonna fill it only as the size of the Venti and some ice so my drink would be 3/4 of it filled with ice so I'd still be missing 1/4 of the serving, I should of just ordered the Venti at this point! Terrible customer service！
They no longer give free water without purchase. They no longer alllow you to just study, we had to leave. They use to allow free water without purchase, maybe a policy changed or company is getting more greedy. Very unfortunate, support your small busines coffee shops I wouldn’t recommend coming here .
