The baristas were cursing on the floors, while being annoyed at customers who have been waiting over 15 minutes for drinks. There was no accountability for minor mistakes just eye rolling, and petty comments made under their breath. I would never recommend this location.
U guys are honna need to improve! Queue out the door, 6-8 waiting and the 2 barristers are on their phones looking at reels and talking, everything except getting the orders through.
I hope this is the Starbucks in Hobby airport. After waiting in line for almost 30 minutes, I ordered a vente peppermint mocha hot, received a mocha hot, but paid 10.00. I wanted a grill cheese, they were out, and they don't except cash. What a supreme disappointment
If I could give zero stars I would. This is far the worst Starbucks I have ever eaten at. I felt unwelcome and nothing was right. My cinnamon pull apart look like it fell on the floor. The oatmeal was terrible. The staff look very unhappy with no smiles on their face..
