Came in on a saturday morning. Katherine was the cashier and just had the nastiest attitude. She didnt greet us. Made us wait till she was done writing on a dry erase until she took our order and still continue to write while we ordered instead of engaging . She didn't ask if we had Starbucks rewards or the mobile app. She just didn't have Starbucks happiness.. on the other hand michele was a delightful turn around for us. Michele deserves her own 4 stars. Love the lil messages she gives

I wasn’t able to get anything because they closed the kitchen 30 minutes early. Never heard of this but extremely disappointed
Every time I order in advance, they shake my iced macchiato. It's infuriating. I don't understand why and I can't get them to stop unless I'm physically right there
