They took almost 1 hour for my drink and it wasn’t even a complicated order it was just a lemonade and a croissant horrible service
Came in on a Friday morning ( I come every morning) they had an employee by Diana, she wasn’t trained to greet her customers? and just ask them “ what are you getting” I even said good morning and she proceeded to ask “ what are you getting” if your not happy to work don’t come. very disappointed to witness after we’ve been greeted with happiness all week by Serenity.
I come here very often and it’s a pleasure when Seera (I believe her name is) is working great customer service!! However, Diana on the other hand, she is rude. When I say Thank you or make a request there is no response back from her. No kind of facial expression no nothing… put her in the back stocking or something where she doesn’t have to face customers.
Rude Racist 2 females working today April 7 ,2026 My friend went around 9 am they didn't want to take her order told her to order on the app . Later That day i went and as soon i got there she was rude and said what are you going to order looked on my phone for my order & she said tell me . Didnt want to take my order i had to order on app . Then we got no straws i asked another female there for them as soon as she was going to answer the other one came in and said sorry we dont have any How ??? Don't you sell mostly drinks... read more
