I came in around closing and unfortunately had a pretty unpleasant experience with one of the female employees. From the moment she took my order, she had a nasty attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She kept giving me sideways looks and made me feel like I was bothering her just by placing an order. The customer service from her was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. Super chill vibe.
This Starbucks is located on the 8th floor of an office building and is only accessible to employees. However, there is no indication of this on Google Maps, and the photos shown are so misleading. I placed a mobile order and spent nearly 30 minutes walking around the building trying to find the store, only to discover that it wasn't accessible to the public.
