I’m assuming many of the people who left reviews are guests of the Marriott and not actually every day people who live in the area. They’re generally very understaffed for the amount of people they have come through there. So your wait time to get a coffee is going to be longer than usual… I guess unless you’re in Marriott Guest… or there for a business meeting. The baristas are super nice! I work across the street and get coffee almost everyday. They greet me by name now haha.
