Convenient and in the Mall no drive thru, pleasent atmosphere
The employees at this location seem to be lacking basic customer service skills. On multiple occasions, they have been rude, short-tempered and unable to answer basic menu questions.
I had a disappointing experience at this location over what was a simple customer mistake. Instead of handling it professionally, the interaction felt unnecessarily negative and unwelcoming. The employees did not appear engaged or interested in providing good service, which was noticeably different from another nearby location where I had a much better experience.
