This morning, I came to this Starbucks location after accidentally placing my order online incorrectly. I actually wanted a Venti size, and Sam immediately helped me fix it with zero hassle. It was such an incredible experience and truly outstanding customer service. Thanks to Sam, my whole day started off so much better. I’m very grateful to Sam and to Starbucks for having such an amazing team member!
Standard Starbucks, which at first glance wasn't busy. And then you look at the board and it's filled... absolutely filled with a ton of orders for pickup. Guess I made it there before others got their orders in all at the same time, it seems, right before work in the morning... crazy list.
My cousin and I came to this location this morning after working out at the gym nearby. Alex greeted us at the register and provided excellent customer service. She made both of us laugh and has a warm and inviting presence. We hope to see her more often after going to the gym!!
This is my go to store for my morning drink whenever I work overnight. The other day I needed a cup with ice and the server was hesitant to give me. Stopped by today and asked for a cup again and she told me I need to purchase something because store policy is that they cannot give it like that. I have been a Starbucks customer for years and have never head of this before. ICE!
