Attention an unfortunate experience I had at one of your locations: The Shipyards at 12th & Hudson 1205 Hudson St Hoboken, NJ 07030 At approximately 2:00 PM, I visited this store intending to purchase my usual order. Before doing so, I politely asked if I could use the restroom, as it was somewhat urgent. The barista responded in a demanding and dismissive tone, stating that I needed to make a purchase first.
